This is truly amazing. Imagining designing the UI for a device that reads your brain waves. The user sees a sensor output on the screen in front of him, then thinks about which direction he would like the chair to go. The sensors on the users head pick up the brain wave activity and translate it into movement in the wheel chair in less than a 1/10 of second.
