I am slightly hesitant to recommend this commentary due to several critical issues, however I trust that those with a discerning eye will be able to still profit from it. It is derived from halal (HSN1984), which means to praise, and Jah (HSN3050), which is the name of God. It was a smaller area than the city used to be. They spoke the languages of other nations. In my opinion, this is the best English Bible commentary on this difficult epistle.
