Egyptian Mythology FAQ is an earlier text-only version of Shawn C. The old priest earnestly warned them that God would punish such wickedness as theirs by some sudden judgment, but they laughed him to scorn. Indeed, in contrast to the Disney film’s happy ending, the Andersen version of “The Little Mermaid” concludes with the title character being transformed into sea foam when she fails to marry the prince.
